Critical: Punctuality, QualityI have been to this place a handful of times and each time I get more disappointed. For my acrylics the man that was doing my nails kept getting up every 2 mins to pick up the phone and the GEL nails fell of in a week when they are supposed to last 3 – 5 weeks. For my pedicures, in the middle of my pedicure they left for 10 mins with my feet soaking in the water, and later on they let my feet sit in wax for 45 mins at least while they moved onto another client. I have been to this place a handful of times and each time I get more disappointed. For my acrylics the man that was doing my nails kept getting up every 2 mins to pick up the phone and the GEL nails fell of in a week when they are supposed to last 3 – 5 weeks. I recently made an appointment for a pedicure the morning of. The owners wife, who usually does my pedicure, was unbeknownst to me, out of town. Assuming it was a family member filling in, this lady did a great job, she was actually a bit too soft handed and there was a language barrier, but I have watched the owner and his wife run this place for years now just the two of them. There are no other places in Luray that offer these services, so I do appreciate every effort they make. They are good at what they do. I respect them and they respect me.

Not great. I came in on a Saturday. You’d think they would have had more than 2 people working. I’m getting a pedicure so I asked if I could soak while they finished other clients. Not an unreasonable request given the nature of the service. The guy acted as though it was, though. It’s located in a strip mall, but the prices are exceptionally high. Every other place includes sea scrubs with the pedicure, but here it’s a premium service. Won’t return.
