Came here on my birthday as I unexpectedly got off work early. I was able to walk right in without a wait. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I got the “spa” pedicure and a gel manicure. I don’t often get my nails done so I’m not really picky. My nails looked nice but I wouldn’t say they were the best quality I’ve ever had for the price I paid.

Used to love them. This time, someone came in requesting the pedicurist doing my pedi, and they sat him in the chair (to make sure he didn’t leave since she had just started my pedicure). I tipped her $10 at the BEGINNING bc I’m a tipped employee, so I know how important it is. She was in such a rush to get to him she didn’t do the cuticles at all. I had to tell her. She did a terrible job on maybe 6 of my toes, so i complained. She was on the massage literally 8 minutes into it. I don’t recommend. Fifty bucks down the drain and I’m peeling dead skin off my feet a few days later bc she did nothing. Good luck getting the right timing. The person who did my daughter’s acrylics was very careful and did a good job though. Edit: upon asking my daughter, the person who did her acrylics (also $10 tip) hurt her and her nails are coming off days later. Avoid at all costs.

Will never return to this place and definitely do not recommend. The guy that works there with glasses cut my skin on my fingers. I got there whenever there was about 5 other ladies were sitting there already getting their nails worked on while I sat down and not even 15 minutes when he was done with a full set, he rushed through my nails, cut my skin, and still happened to put my hands on me and said he did not in front of everyone. Definitely not worth the what he charged me. I went back to get my nails fixed and the other lady that didn’t even fixed much of it still managed to say there was nothing wrong with my nails whenever what I asked for wasn’t done. You pay to get your nails done like you ask. If you can not do what is asked in the picture decline and say I can not to that. If this is your first option make it your last. Not worth it

I did not like this place. They rushed my pedicure. I like to enjoy. Then they didn’t even trim my cuticles during my manicure. I asked her to do it and she charged me $15. Isn’t that supposed to be included with a manicure? Gel polish peeled off after just one week. Don’t waste your money.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going here for the past year and a half & loved Lynn doing my nails. I almost always call or make an appointment through Lynn’s app. I have waited for more than 30 mins quite a few times however today waited for an HOUR past my appointment that had been scheduled…meanwhile my nail tech was doing someone who walked in before me (this girl wanted insane designs and tips that take Forever ). I only was getting gel polish on my nails but that’s besides the point. I did my feet on Thursday, I love the results I loved this place, I recommend it, if you like you can ask for a Cuban who speaks Spanish who removes a lot of skin and removes buried nails she works every day, I leave my 5 stars
