The daughter cut my toe. If I wasn’t on a call I would have screamed. She never said a word not even a sorry. She had no problem saying 25.00 though. I know they are reasonably priced, but I’d rather pay little more for a better job, pain free. I will never go back there. Horrible experience!

Walked in to have ONE nail fixed…ONE! They look at my nail and say sorry, we won’t have time to do that today, can you come back tomorrow? Seriously? It’s ONE nail and you close in an hour and a half from the time I walked in…good Lord! So ridiculous! Mind you, this is the 3rd place I’ve tried just today…all telling me the same ridiculous thing.

Had both Gel Manicure and Pedicure 7 weeks ago. Still not a single chip. Getting everything redone tomorrow but seriously 7 weeks and they still look beautiful. Feeling blest. Love this Salon and family.( * Had Gel done once before at a different salon. My nail chipped badly on the 2nd day so I am grateful my nails remained beautiful this entire time, especially when using cleaning chemicals daily. Thank you California Nails).

Awful… I will never come here again. The lady that did my nails was rude. She handle nails roughly and did an awful job on just fixing one nail. You can clearly see its the middle finger.

Tina did my manicure very well, paying much attention to detail. I also liked that she worked quickly but not so fast that you felt rushed! I’ll definitely be coming back here every few weeks, it was very relaxing.

Price is nice but the lack of sanitation was a jaw dropping experience. It was busy so I had to wait, in this time I observed the staff drain the tub after each pedicure and refill for the next client without sanitizing. They also used same nail brush and pumice stone on clients without sanitizing. I observed the a staff person just rinse the cuticle pusher and clipper in between customers. I will NEVER go to this place again. It is an infection waiting to happen.

Just moved to the area and went in to get my nails done on a Sunday. The owner ,i believe, was telling a younger employee to tell me the wait was going to be 20 minutes I said ok, then after 10 minutes said they didn’t have the kind of nails I wanted. I said that’s fine I’ll do gel. While 3 other employees were available standing around talking she advised me that the wait will be thirty minutes. I said ok that’s fine and waited. Another employee finishes with a customer and joins the others to talk. Another customer walks in without an appointment and they assisted her with in minutes. The woman kept making up excuses in order for them to not do my nails. I now consider that location prejudice due to how I was treated. I had more than enough money to pay for the lack of services they did have to offer and was very friendly while speaking to the employee. I went to another location near by and received phenomenal service.

It’s disgusting and I’ll never go back. I went in for a Polish change and felt grossed out by the dirty chairs. The guy that I had wasn’t friendly. He had longer fingernails than mine! He didn’t make small talk or even wish me a good day. U could clearly see they don’t care about u. You’re only a dollar sign to them. The workers talk amongst themselves in their language. To me it’s rude. I’m all about cleanliness so my advice is Not to come here.
