I’m on the Cape visiting my parents and broke one of my nails so went here after reading so many positive reviews hoping to get them fixed. To say that I am not happy is an understatement. My nails are crooked, they’re not square, when he was filing them down the rotor touched my cuticles on multiple occasions which left little cuts. When I was going to leave I noticed my nails were still tacky so gel wasn’t even used when that’s what I paid for. I have nail polish now inside of my brand new wallet because he didn’t use the right gel topcoat, which has been wondering if the nail polish itself is even gel. I was also told it was going to be $38, but when paying he said it was $40 because he charged me two dollars to cut down all of an eighth of an inch, which would’ve come off anyways if they had been shaped appropriately. And I have never heard of being charged for a cut down before in my life unless you’re going from exceptionally long nails down to something short. Sure it’s a two dollar difference in the grand scheme of things is it a big deal no but that’s just ridiculous. Absolutely don’t go here and have your nails done by the gentleman who did mine. I can’t speak to the rest of the staff because I had no interaction with them.

I’ve always loved Benson and Julie but this was my first time with the other woman. She did a good job on my nails (I got dip) however she cut my skin three times with the nail drill to the point of bleeding. I told her that it was hurting and she just said “sorry again” and didn’t really care. My nails looks fine but my cuticles hurt/sting

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Julie did my pedicure and manicure and did a great job. I didn’t have a wait, but sometimes there could be a 10-15 minute wait. They do take appointments as well.

Nice people there. I walked in to get my nails done, they took me right away. The gentleman who did my nails had a sense of humor, and he did an awesome job. Reasonable prices!!

The owners are nice and friendly. I went in October 22nd to get shellac on my acrylic nails and today they all peeled off. I’ve never have had that happen before. I’m not sure if the product is that good or if the light didn’t cure it all the way. I’m not sure if I will be going back there again.

Benson lost his touch! Went in for a refill my nails started to lift and broke off 2 days later. I went for him to fix it and because I said it wasn’t done right he got a attitude and try to give me every excuse. THEN!…wait for it….. TRY TO CHARGE ME! So I try to ask how are you going to charge for something not done right? He wanted to try and argue. And the worst part is 2MORE Of my nails lifted and broke after I left there again.
