Critical: QualityNot only was the lady extremely rough with my nails but she didn’t respect what I wanted. I kindly asked her to stop CHIPPING the dip powder off my nails but to instead soak them off and only after I asked many times did she listen to me. Original price was 35 but with “up charges” for a simple acrylic fill ended up being 50. The length of my nails are super inconsistent, I tired explaining this to her and she ignored me. When I went up to pay the lady stood there and waited for me to put a tip down until she walked away. Considering the poor service that I had just received, I thought that was extremely unprofessional. That was the most expensive manicure I’ve ever had and it’s by far the worst. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A NAIL SALON!!! LEFT AFTER SHE FINISHED PUTTING ACRYLIC ON FIRST HAND If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! I am currently a student in cosmetology school and everything about this place was unprofessional,unclean,poor quality,ect… My mother and I came in to do our acrylics and they wouldn’t let us sit together besides there being over 10 seats available and techs available to do ours which is just a minor inconvenience , However, where this place really shined (not in a good way) is when they started doing the service. They didn’t replace the drill band or files or towels after their previous client and you could tell the implements they were using were dirty. They also were extremely rude the whole service and USED A FRICKEN PAINT BRUSH TO APPLY THE ACRYLIC. just no. Absolutely NOT!! They got the acrylic all over my skin as well!!! Please go somewhere else before you decide to risk this place. It started at 35.00 and they added 3.00 more for the length, 5.00 for for shape and on and on, they told me that it was going to be 8.00 to just paint my 4 year old daughters nails and they charged 15.00 instead.
