Voicemail says appointments only….i called on Sat morning at opening to schedule, they said they don’t take appointments and there were 4 customers waiting. So, I go at 12noon and I’m there til 250pm for fill, pedicure, and brows. I recommend getting one service at a time. They can have you sitting there just waiting and waiting for the next service. Although they do seem to do a good job once the service is received.

Nee is the best nail tech that I have had since I moved from New York City. The time and attention that she takes your nails it’s unbelievable. She does such a great job with shaping and making the nails look as natural as possible. I will not go to anyone else she is awesome!

They used to be good but now they barely have any nail techs, they’re rude and refuse to do certain designs or colors for no reason. I don’t recommend coming here. They are also highly unsanitary!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in and asked for a refill and waited a whole hour to be sat in a seat but still not serviced . First there was three workers and it turned into one worker. One lady on the phone gossiping in the back and another lady in the back just eating . I waited another 15 minutes and then asked the only technician on the floor how much longer and he went and got one of the other technicians and she came out with a mouth full of food and just looked at me . I asked how much longer again and she said 15 minutes and walked back in the back .If you didn’t feel like doing nails and it was going to be a long wait , you should’ve said something instead of wasting over an hour of a persons day and then being dismissive .
