I had a hair transplant from others before going to Dr. Wasserbauer so I am able to compare. BTW, it is possible to desire more than one transplant if time goes by and more hair falls out. Dr. Wasserbauer is professional and her staff well trained. Everyone is friendly and likeable, but most important is her results are superb. She takes great care and is able to perform the procedure painlessly (I had considerable pain from others). She gets excellent and lasting results. I will not require another procedure but if I did, I would not let anyone work on me but her. I give Dr. Wasserbauer my highest recommendation for anyone desiring a hair transplant.

Before seeing Dr. Sara for consultation around May 2015, I’ve tried everything available over the counter to prevent hair loss but nothing worked. I’d explored going oversees for the procedure but changed my mind after meeting Dr. Sara. My procedure was done in Aug 2015. Entire process from initial consultation to one year followups went very smoothly and every question answered to my satisfaction. Whole staff is very professional. I highly recommend Dr Sara. I am 46 years old. I started losing hair when I was late 20’s. A lot of products I tried but it didn’t help, unfortunately! Until I found out about hair pigmentation which I never regret especially the outcome and the compliment from the people I get. Dr. Wasserbuer and her stuff at Walnut Creek did really good job most specially to Bissan. She knows her craft, and very professional. I couldn’t ask for more about the result. Bissan, however, worked with me in an extremely gracious and professional fashion, in order to help tweak the few things that bothered me.
