After many years of hesitation (and fear), I was finally ready to have a hair transplant. My first appointment with Dr Wasserbauer was disappointing as she told me that she would not recommend a hair transplant in my case. I am actually THANKFUL for her honesty. She could have charged me more for a hair transplant but she really showed concern about the results.

I called this office recently for an initial consultation and the operator kept reminding me about the cancellation fee about half a dozen times during that brief call. Her attitude was quite appalling. Here, I’m willing to pay thousands of dollars for a cosmetic procedure, but it felt they are warding of someone barging in for free service! Of course, I didn’t proceed with the appointment even though the doctor appears to have solid reputation. Advise to the doctor: find a front office person who is cheerful and better trained. I’m giving 2 stars because at least there is someone picking up the phone and answered the call.
