Critical: ProfessionalismHave gotten my hair done twice and had pleasant experience. Then I went to set up an appointment and the receptionist picked up the phone with immediate attitude. I asked if there was anyone available for a cut and color. Have gotten my hair done twice and had pleasant experience. Then I went to set up an appointment and the receptionist picked up the phone with immediate attitude. I asked if there was anyone available for a cut and color. Ashley and Nicole helped me create the perfect color for my hair and they did a wonderful job producing the color I’d been trying to achieve for a long time on my own. If you’re looking for a professional place that is friendly, has great prices, works with you and makes you feel gorgeous, this is it!

Critical: Quality, ValueHad my hair highlighted, cut and styled, been going here for years until Covid, the young girl did a great job on the tone of the hair color, and she was very sweet, but the highlight job its self is a poor job it is very blotchy in the back. It doesn’t fade for a natural look. She cut very little off didn’t even cut it evenly in the back will have to go somewhere else to fix it. If they think styling your hair is blow-drying it with a round brush, they may want to go back to school. They don’t even look at the style you come in with and try to do the same thing. After all was said and done they charged me $207 for something I use to pay $80 for at this place. I should have known that if the manager’s hair color was a poor color job, I should have walked out and went somewhere else. I will not go back, it is not a high quality salon to be charging these kinds of prices for the poor job that they did. Had my hair highlighted, cut and styled, been going here for years until Covid, the young girl did a great job on the tone of the hair color, and she was very sweet, but the highlight job its self is a poor job it is very blotchy in the back.
