First time visiting this place and I was 10 minutes late because I couldn’t find the location. Andrea, my stylist, wasn’t even there and then walks 5 min in giving me a lecture on punctuality. The worst part wasn’t her “speech,” but rather that she “does me a favor” of taking me in only for this time. Mind you, the place is empty with 3 stylists and it’s a Wednesday at 2:45pm. Even the other stylist says they don’t have any other scheduled appointments. I decided to walk away and I’m not planning on coming back. I’m sure the other stylists are nice, but it wasn’t the most pleasant experience.
