ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE! RUDE and the lady filed my nails crooked!! Than argued with me about it saying my fingers were crooked, what?! I was so upset I nearly got up and walked out, instead I told her which side to file to make the more even! Color is splotchy and they are literally already chipping!! I am so upset I spent 36.00 in that place! I’m NEVER going back. I will literally rip these acrylics off before I ever go back to that place!!! I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon before in my life!

After telling me to wait 30 minutes, an hour and 30 minutes later they tell me I have to wait til she finishes one more pedicure. I don’t usually be mad but if she had been honest up front I could have been shopping or come back. I hate bad customer services when the truth would have worked fine. Waste of time. Thank you

I asked for square nails and an off-white/cream color. I picked number 50 in the powders which was a light tan color. The worker kept layering the powders as you do. But instead of just using the color I asked for, he kept alternating with a light pink color. I think he was trying to make the color suit my skin tone but it was not what I asked for. The color didn’t look anything like what I pointed to on the sample nails. The shape of the nails were very lazily done, too. They fan outwards and are not flattering. I went into sun nails and got them reshaped later but the picture I uploaded is the before photo.

Well me and my mom just went there and wanted gel nails so they give us shellac nails well we could of went home and painted our own nails cuz gel nails are nails with tips. But on the other part the guy that did my nails when he filed them down he went to far and now I’ve got 4 cuts !! WELL I WILL NOT COME,BACK THERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GET THERE NAILS DONE THERE!!! ALSO they are very dirty tables were NOT wyped clean

Me and my friend got our nails done on 5/24/2022 I had a man that didn’t have a name tag. He filed my nails I had done previously not by them and after he finished my fill before he painted my nails he asked for me to pay! WHAT! Never have I had to pay before the service was done! At that point I was NOT impressed! He didn’t cap my nails so now they are yellowing at the tips and they’ve already chipped!

Dropped over 250 bucks in this store… My husband surprised my best friend and myself. By taking us here . He had paid for us both to get pedicures with all the extra oils and scrubs. And for us both to get our nails done..I ended up going with acryic basic nails. Because they couldn’t even do ombre or two colors together. I would ask if they could do it . And they would say no to everything…. Also when I picked color I picked from the front. They ended up switching it for gel polish which I never asked for .. my best friend got just her real nails painted with gel… So over all it was expensive…. I broke every nail within 4 days of having them done…never have had an issues with breaking nails before…. but definitely…. Not 8 nails in 4 days… That’s insane…they still have not made it right.. I took pictures and everything. They hung up on me. Will never go back again .
