Critical: Quality, ValueThe lady who did my pedicure was great! She made sure I was doing ok the entire time. The pedicure did take abt an hour which is unusual and she did massage my leg too hard to where it started hurting, but nothing too bad. The pedicure seats were very uncomfortable but the overall pedicure was a 4/5. After I got a pedicure I proceeded to get an acrylic manicure. The lady who did my manicure did a terrible job. She rushed it and didn’t do anything with my cuticles or under my nails. She drilled my regular nail too far down and it burned extremely bad and she kept proceeding to do it. When I put my hand under the uv light to dry the paint, it was extremely hot and it burned my nails. She didn’t do a thick coat of polish at all. It was $93 for a pedicure and acrylic nails which is very overpriced compared to my regular $75 for way better results. On top of all this, she didn’t cut them the length I asked for and got dirt stuck in my polish so now I have a white acrylic nail with dirt in it. The lady who did my pedicure was great! She made sure I was doing ok the entire time. The pedicure did take abt an hour which is unusual and she did massage my leg too hard to where it started hurting, but nothing too bad. Kathy is the best as far as nails go! I’ve tried a few nail artists in the area and she is the only one I trust. She is always willing to take the extra time to do all types of different designs, and if it’s something she’s never done before she very quickly masters it. I always come to her with new pictures of things i found online that I want to try. I get pedicures here too and everyone is great. Very clean salon, professional, and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.
