I had a gel mani & pedi done. The service was priced normally, but the work was garbage. The woman who did my pedi got snippy with me when I pointed out that my big toe had a huge clump of gel on it and blamed me for not keeping my toes flat under the uv light. She re-polished the toe and it still has a small clump which I didnt see til I got home! The mani was okay. I specifically asked for a matte finish, which they did a shoddy job of… then before I could tell them to stop they both loaded my hands and feet with lotion and oil and basically RUINED the matte look I wanted! I was too shocked and angry to speak. Shame on me for assuming they knew what they were doing. I just paid them and left. Never ever coming back!! Waste of $100!!

I walked in and they were all busy at the time, but they asked if I could come back in 30 minutes. When I returned 25 minutes later, they were ready for me. They did a great, thorough job on my nails and gave me lots of tips for better long term nail care (I know nothing about getting my nails done and I’m a runner so I’m hard on my feet). I was in town for a wedding recently and found Cali Nails just near my hotel. I walked in and they were all busy at the time, but they asked if I could come back in 30 minutes. When I returned 25 minutes later, they were ready for me. They did a great, thorough job on my nails and gave me lots of tips for better long term nail care (I know nothing about getting my nails done and I’m a runner so I’m hard on my feet).
