I’ve been going to Cali Nails since I was in 4th grade, I’m a freshman in college now. I have always been a regular and a loyal customer. The past year I can’t even get in for a fill because my phone calls are never answered. Very disappointed that the nail place I’ve gone to for so long can’t appreciate my business! I can stop in and ask and still get denied. Very upsetting when I’ve spent endless amounts to get my nails done over these past years!

Got a pedicure today and the end result looks great. Nice people working. I’m just not impressed with the actual aspect of the actual pedicure. Nothing was put in the water to soak feet in. The man that did my pedicure was a bit rough as well. The lotion smells terrible. It’s nice there is a salon in Algona and I didn’t have to drive to Fort Dodge from Livermore. Will I go back? I may try them again to make a final decision.

I have had my nails done a couple of times. First time it was a little rushed and she was a little rude but it came out really good. Second time it was worse. I had a cute summer design and she only did the palm tree on one nail instead of two (per hand) l get it, no one is into doing small designs but that’s what I pay you to do. She was still rude. This time, I scheduled an appointment for my friend and I to get our nails done but there was some kind of misunderstanding over the phone along with her being rude but she only put one person down so I let my friend get hers done. Honestly as nice as the nails come out I don’t recommend going here. But that is also my experience. I’ve also noticed that she’s super nice to the people she knows instead of everyone as a whole.

When I was getting my nails done the girl doing them rushed through it and didn’t take her time. She didn’t cut my nails the length I wanted them and she painted them very sloppy. My friends nails are very uneven and not the color she wanted. The girl stopped doing our nails to help another workers client. She was very agressive while filing our nails. Would not recommend going back.

Not a spa pedicure. They do not take their time. I barely have time to relax and they could massage more when they put the scrub on and then again when put the lotion on. Expense way to basically get your toe nails painted. The people are great …just the pedicure its self is not.

All of the ladies from my sister’s wedding party went to get our nails and toes done. Every one of us could agree with the fact that they were extremely rough and alot of us were in pain still the next day, and I know they drew blood on more than one person. On top of that the girl doing our nails didn’t seem to care about anything but getting done as fast as possible and getting off work. I would never recommend going here.

Critical: QualityI went and got my nails done a week ago and they lady was very rude, and the quality of my nails were terrible. One started peeling off my finger nail because it wasn’t glued down good. I have three fingers that don’t have nails, and it’s literally just been a week. NOT worth my $ or time.
