The couple that owns the place have the worst customer service skills in the world. The wife is very mean. If you don’t have hours to wait then don’t go there. It’s only the 2 of them and they don’t care.

I will never go to this place again. She did a horrible job on my nails and when I respectfully told her that I didn’t like my nails because they were very lumpy and the acrylic was overlapping my cuticle. She told me that I was a difficult client to deal with and that I was too picky. So at this point I told her just to leave it how it is and charge me what ever your going to charge me for the nails. She said no I will fix it. So as she was fixing my two nails that were the worst ones she says to me make sure that they are not lumpy ok.

Love get my nails done here. Charlie is the best. I asked him to do a design on my nails and he did a really good job. Everyone that sees my nails loves them and is always asking me where I got them done at.

It was only two ppl working at the time i came in to get a pedicure sat in the chair forever and the water got cold on my feet i told the lady and she put 4 drops of hot water in then after still waiting it got cold again an i told her to empty it and she tells me the water not cold. They have snappy attitudes won’t be coming back
