I called to scheduled an appointment for 6:30pm for 2 at 10 in the morning. When we get there 15 mins before our appointment they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I told them my name and that I had called and scheduled an appointment earlier that morning. We go to pick our colors and they didn’t even start on either one of us until an hour later. To top it off we didn’t leave until after 9!!!! 3 hours for half decent nails?? And all we wanted was a full set each and one pedicure. For me to call that early in the morning and schedule an appointment and be there 15 mins before our scheduled appointment and then to be the last people to leave was ridiculous. They kept starting on someone and then stopping to go and start to do something with someone else. People were still coming in even after we did and were left there for hours but they were still able to leave before we did. The one lady that was doing my pedicure burnt the bottom of my foot with wax. And the guy doing my nails ONLY added the nails. Nothing to cut, trim, remove cuticles, nodda. Towards the end, when they were closing up, but we were still there, the guy would stop what he was doing with my nails to go and help close up but yet he wasn’t even done with my nails yet! I’m new to the area so I have not yet found my go-to place for nails, and although they did a presentably decent job on my nails, this will never be the place!!!!

They did a better job than what I had gotten done the weekend before. There are minor critiques like I would’ve liked them to take care of my cuticles, and I think she put super glue on my natural nails (I had the dip done). So I mean, all and all, it’s not terrible, but it’s more so something to keep my natural nails from breaking.

It is very nice here. Modern design. Very clean. Lots of real plants and large pictures of nature with the sounds of birds singing. I found it really relaxing, and the girl that did my pedicure was really detailed and going at her craft. I loved my experience here and would definitely recommend them.

Can be hit or miss at this place. They are closed Tuesday.They are nice ,but short staffed most days. Sometimes when trying to be nice they can come off as rude in response. Expect long period wait times especially on weekends. Although walk ins are welcome they prefer for you call ahead. It is best to come as early as possible honestly.

i called them and asked if they were able to get me and my friend in and they said yes. we come and sit in their chairs and we waited for over an hour until they started to work on our nails and they kept switching back and forth from 2 people. worst experience ive ever had.

Over all 2 and half stars if u don’t mind being pushed being rude to customers but the nail work is average I’ve had better but nowhere else I know doing dip in Elkhart so have to put up with for now I’ve never had my dip nails peel off my nails they seriously messed up run don’t waste ur time and money

Not even worth ,1 star, waited 2+ hours with my friend! I decided an hour in that I was not patronizing this nail salon due to their lack of concern for people’s time. The lady doing the pedicures was moving slower than a 12 hour work day. Both of them had no problem openly showing their frustration with customers. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere before I’ll take it there.

I got my nails done here for the first time. I got acrylic nails and for the first day I loved it they were pretty and felt good. After a day or so I noticed pus right on the edge of my nail. I tried to take them off at my friends house but I ended up having to go back and get them taken off. To be fair they did give me a $30 gift card for there afterwards. I gave that to my friend though because I wasn’t getting my nails done like that again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I sent my gf to get a pedicure and she waited in the building for 25+ minutes and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE addressed her. Then when I went to talk with the manager about the terrible service, he just kept saying “very busy” to everything I said leading me to assume that his English was not good and that he did not fully understand what my issue was. I will not recommend this business to anyone and will discourage anyone who will listen to not support them
