I made an appointment but still had to wait over 25 minutes. After they finally got to me- Ryan tried to sell me on using the gel polish with my acrylic fill in because it lasts longer and costs more. When I explained to him I was trying to save money, and he removed the polish on two of my nails, he rudely told me then he could not do my nails because I had a little lifting and walked away!! I have NEVER been treated so badly by a nail technician. He disrespected me and I was a paying customer. He wanted me to spend more money- I have been told by other people how he overcharges them as well.

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. Went 30 minutes before they opened for an appointment that was scheduled with my grandmother. They had us sit down and then someone else walked in without an appointment and they had us move over out of our chairs and started taking care of the lady without the appointment first. When I said we should be helped first because we had an appointment the older lady started to argue with me and stated that she would do us both. To which I replied we had an appointment and we need to get done at the same time. It’s wrong that they made us move to help someone without an appointment. We ended up walking out because they would still not make the other person wait and help us first. TERRIBLE place to go, not to mention it was dirty and gross on my first impression anyways. Don’t waste your money here when HAPPY NAILS AND SYDNEY NAILS DO WAYYYYY BETTER ANYWAYS!

Good service=Tip. U guys do a good job at most. U luck communication amongst urserves. Ur advertisment says you welcome all walk ins assuming first come first serve. U guys hear when a customer walks in ur door, because someone always asks ‘what u want? Wash ur hands please!’. If I tell u I want gel fill and walk my way to wash my hands, one of u needs to communicate with everyone whose first. It is disrespectful to ask a customer in the middle of doing their nails if they washed their hands and say u didn’t see them. Will pay for the work done.
