They were polite, but overall the experience was not the best. I called and made an appt the day before. they said they had plenty available. Come in had to wait an hour just for a pedicure, then for them to start on my nails took 2 more hours! They rushed to get me done, but they sped so quickly that they kept niking my skin around my nails. You get what you paid for unfortunately because my dip nails didn’t even last a week. One of them came completely off then the others was chipping. Overall, dissatisfied.

Me and my best friend went in to have her nails done hers turned out halfway decent not worth $50 but mine are the other hand I came out of there looking like I needed to go back in for a fill in she didn’t even take them to the top of my nail within a couple days it’s going to really look like I need to fill in really bad they’re blotchy one of them is crooked and they have gaps in them and the length ain’t even what I wanted as soon as you got them put on she started cutting without even asking me the length I wanted and then she filed them about four more times after cutting them making them even shorter she was very rushed did not take her time to do the job right they started on my BF before they even started mine probably about 10 minutes before and I was done about 10 to 15 minutes before she was. So tell me how did she start before I did but they finished with me before they finished with her and when I said something to the lady up front when paying she just shrugged her shoulders and said look good to me would never recommend anyone going to this place they have lousy customer service they treat people like they’re on a conveyor belt they don’t care and the job is shoddy work

Critical: ProfessionalismAs I would like everybody to “Shop Local” as our town slogan would suggest, however, in this case. I would not. I was in the business this past Saturday and was approached by the man who I believe to be the owner. I had flip flops on and he assumed I wanted a pedicure, which was true. but I also wanted a manicure. Maybe an appointment was required? I was placed in a chair where I waited for at least thirty minutes. That part was fine. A lady eventually came and never asked what level of service I wanted. Everything I wanted was to expensive like she was paying for it. That part was finally over, and moved on to the next step. As most nail technicians do, she was multi-tasking but completed the service. When I first started coming I was pretty satisfied but every time I went I was more and more unhappy with my nails. Last set of nails I got the nails lasted but the polish was terribly bubbly and streaky. My nails were also extremely sore and tender for hours after the last several times i went. yesterday I got a pedicure and the lady started and didn’t even give me the right polish color. The actual pedicure itself was extremely short and my toes were barely cleaned up. Today I went to a different salon to get a color change because my toes were done for prom so they actually needed to be the color I chose. The lady at the new salon cleaned my toes up better and actually took the time to file them and get any skin on the sides. Pretty sad that she needed to clean my toes up that much after I had a “pedicure” the day prior.
