Used a gift certificate to get a pedicure. My first time here and I enjoyed it. Ms. Jones was fantastic and friendly. She didn’t diddle dally around either. Got the job done quickly. The only man there that I saw was constantly on the phone and loudly speaking another language which was annoying at times. Overall a good experience!

I use to like this place but it’s gone down hill. Employees always on the phone not paying attention. Nails half way done, not polished on side of nails, lumpy from not smoothing out correctly and oh and let’s not talk about a design but thankfully I found a good nail tech in waycross that fixed my problem and they stated they have people come in all the time to fix the mess up this nail salon had done. There might be some good mail techs that work there but I’ve yet to have one work on my nails from there that was worth the money . Waycross Ga A + nails is the place to go

I wouldn’t recommend this place for a dog!! Had to move 3 times after my pedi then had them start my nails without taking off my polish or anything. Forgot to treat my nails until I said something. Then instead of cutting them down where I wanted them. I was informed they would look better at the length she decided on. Screaming fight broke out between the woman doing my feet and a nail tech that went on for 30 minutes!!!! I’m trying to pull my feet out of the water so we could leave. I mean it ruined a day that was supposed to be special. 1-nail tip is already off another broken because acrylic is so thin. NEVER AGAIN.

Critical: ProfessionalismCame here with my mother in law. Was told we’d get our toenails done together immediately. We were seated at our chairs and proceeded to wait over an hour and a half. Someone finally got to my nails while my mother in law continued to wait. We were told multiple times she would be next and was skipped over multiple times. My nails ended up being completed before anyone ever got to her. She ended up leaving without having anything done. Extremely embarrassing.Came here with my mother in law. Came here with my mother in law. Was told we’d get our toenails done together immediately. We were seated at our chairs and proceeded to wait over an hour and a half. Someone finally got to my nails while my mother in law continued to wait. We were told multiple times she would be next and was skipped over multiple times. I gave it 3 hours. All I got was a color change on my toes and my acrylics soaked off. The young guy literally refused to do my nails. Said I had to wait for Bryan to do them. (Bryan sent me to his chair so he could pick up the owners sons from school). Once Bryan returned, he started on another ladys nails. the service is great if the owner is present. If shes not here, go some where else!
