Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible experience. The lady seemed very impatient and aggravated and jerked my hands around like a dog on a leash. I did not receive the nail design I asked for. Severe damage has been done to my natural nails, to the point where my fingers are in constant pain from the acrylics ripping them apart. Half of one of my nails was ripped off. They used the drill at the highest speed possible, and the floor was not clean. It was covered in dust and other client’s nail clippings. My cuticules were covered in cuts and the filing was so aggressive that my fingers were in pain for days afterward. Horrible experience. The lady seemed very impatient and aggravated and jerked my hands around like a dog on a leash. I did not receive the nail design I asked for. Very unsanitary they don’t clean used products. i went in around 12:30 for a medi and pedi and didn’t leave til 4:30 with only a medi done because they took so long. And not to mention the man “jason” had to redo my nails because he could not do what i asked for. both sets that i had done looked like a two year old came and messed them up.
