Critical: ProfessionalismWent there several times to get my nails done. Even though they charged more than some. The last time I was there I picked my color and when she started applying I told her this wasn’t the color I chose. She said it was and continued. I told her and her husband three times it wasn’t what I wanted. She looked again and realized someone had put the wrong lid on the jar. The correct number was on the bottom when they discovered the mistake I ask if I could get the color changed to the one I wanted. He said no she was almost finished and his wife said Valentine’s Day is coming up and you can wear it for that! I didn’t expect a full discount bc I did get them done. But I surely expected a discount because it wasn’t what I wanted. But no he charged me full price. I will never go back there again!!! I suggest you tell them to check their numbers on boyh lid and jar! Poor business practices!!! Bc of their love of money over their customers satisfaction they lost a good customer.
