I went in for acrylic nails and the woman at the front desk told me to wait ten minutes. I was like okay, I have time for this (I had a date 4 hours later). I had sat there for 2 hours without any direction and they kept telling me “only a few more minutes!”. I proceeded to leave and they had told me to stay and they’d get me in right away. I left and went to another salon near by and they got me in right away.

I had a very nice first experience here. Mary did my nails and did a beautiful job. She did a regular polish with a powder fill in on my tips. (I don’t know if that’s called gel powder fill in because I had a regular color). My nails didn’t start to show growth until a good 15 days after. There is still no lifting or chipping. And the price was reasonable. I would give it 5 stars but they don’t have coupons or special offers.

Two of the most worst experiences I had in a salon. First one I called they accepted my appt. When I arrived they then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t do the service I requested over phone. (After half hour drive). She basically forced me to cut my nails shorter because she wouldn’t have time to paint my long nail! Months later I said let me try this one more time. I went. Upon arrival I asked was wait long was told no. After hour wait someone finally sends me to a station. As I’m walking to the station the lady from that station rudely tell me not yet. As if she really wanted me to go back and sit in waiting section instead of her station. I walked right out, not getting my money, I have money to go anywhere. As a business owner I would think they would treat customers with more respect and decency!! You won’t get a third from me!! Terrible service and staff!!

Not what I asked for. I wanted a full set with a cute pink finish and pink sparkle. She thought it would be best if I had white tips and a French manicure finish. She didn’t do ONE thing I asked for and just did whatever she thought would look good. They still made me pay full price foe nothing I wanted.
