Prices are outrageous! The lady who does your feet is the best! She the only one who does design real good! Nails last longer here! My daughter Paid 75$ just for a gel set and the nail was painted all white no design! A little upset about these prices! $45 just for my pedicure and the vibration seat I set in didn’t work! Walls need to be painted! They need a new building that’s a little more relaxing!

went in with my mom and both of us were taken care of by the same lady whose name i didn’t catch. she left parts of my nails unpainted and with old polish, had to be asked to make them the right shape more than five times and i still left with jacked up nails because after messing it up for the third time and having been asking for a new tech, i was asked to sit with her again just for “one more coat.” my mom asked for squares and has half circles half ovals. i cant even capture how many different shapes each nail is from one angle.

I “walked in” asking for pedicure service. They were able to accommodate me immediately. I later saw why. As I walked to the chair I perused the shop. While sitting and waiting for my attendant to prep…I continued my perusal becoming more and more DISGUSTED by what I was seeing. This shop was FILTHY! There was a worker sleeping in the chair next to me and another at her station relaxing on a phone call. I couldn’t help but wonder…why aren’t they trying to clean this place up! I ask my rep for a towel to dry my feet off and told her that I couldn’t sit here around this filth! I was concerned about how clean their equipment was?!?! As I walked out I told them that they OWE their clients and our community more respect by offering us..at the least.. a CLEAN & SANITARY ENVIRONMENT!

IF I CAN RATE THIS SPOT -5* I WOULD. Walked in with full grown eyebrows and walked out with spaghetti string. Told women NO THIN JUST CLEANING!!! Told her 3x and she tried telling very nice like NO VERY THIN VERY UGLY!!!! do not go here waste of time and money and no one working there stood up or said nothing. WORTHLESS SPOT Waxing

Very nice staff. I gave 2 stars because the service is not the best. I was charged $75 for a regular full set and my eyebrows waxed. My nail broke the next day, the lady that did my set sliced my finger with the nail filer, then told me she “didn’t do it”. The whole set seemed rushed and over priced. Would rather go to Kim Nails.
