Critical: ProfessionalismI bought a special 3 month u nlimited tanning packages the Bridgewster location and had $70 taken from my account every month and it would continue after the 3 months if you wanted to cancel you had to go in person and cancel I went there at end of No ember to cancel it and the business was gone no longer up and running However, I got charged for No ember and then December and January How do you charge someone when the business isn’t there?? I think he would be grateful & proud. As a long time member, not once have I had to wait for an appointment. Never has the place not been clean. Every one of the employees is friendly & knowledgeable. I don’t know where that one “reviewer” went to say otherwise. But over & above all that: after all that the small local businesses have been through in this past year, and especially knowing the unfortunate circumstances that changed Cali’s to Cali J’s, why would ANYONE take the time & effort to cut them down? Why trash a small business just reopening from the restrictions? Does a person really need to go out of their way to be mean, saying things that simply are just not true? That is sad.
