I had an emergency situation. I’m visiting friends for their sons baptism and forgot what I needed to properly groom myself. They said they don’t do walkins but said I could wait a bit for a slot that was opening. They were as welcoming as could be it was the perfect barbershop experience. Everyone there was laughing and having a good time. I ended up getting the best beard trim of my life and came out with all the confidence in the world. I found Cali from Google reviews and believe me you will not regret it. Guaranteed best cut in San Diego. They blessed me today and I know they will bless you too

I came in to get my hair cut, ” a big chop” I knew my hair was going to be super short. I asked for a feminine cut and provided a reference. Red flag #1 is she rushed me to sit in the chair like she understood what I was requesting. (I wasn’t asking for much) Red Flag #2 I never seen myself in the mirror (Until the end of the cut) I knew my cut was effed up by the looks I was getting from not only her colleagues but also by the people getting their hair cut. HA! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE received any kind of hair service that I wasn’t okay with until today. The crazy part is I still paid and I still tipped. I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I walked out of there looking like Kid from House Party! But since I like giving out tips for nothing, here’s a tip. Save your time and your money! I probably could have done a better job myself by watching a few YouTube tutorials! Now I have to start from scratch and start ALL OVER with a Terrible cut! Thank goodness for wigs right?! Yes I cried. Twice! I probably might cry again. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would post a pic of my cut but I’m sure you got the point

So I did a thing today. After many years of contemplating , I finally took the leap to short hair. I’d been perming, weaving, braiding and twisting my hair for decades. It was screaming for relief to get back to its natural state. Thank you Quera Willaims. Lady barber of San Diego for helping to achieve this new state of being. I’m so excited and pleased with the out come. Yall should check them out. Cali Coast Barbership is doing big things.

Very professional and family friendly barber shop. I was in from out of town and made the 25 min drive after reading the great reviews. I was a walk in and was politely greeted by Steve and introduced to Kira who set me up with an appointment a few hours later. Took her time and did a great fade and even took a razor and edged up my beard for $15. I paid $25 and was worth it. Very polite and professional staff. The staff is very kid friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a sharp cut at a great price. If I lived in San Diego this place would definitely be my go to barber shop!
