This place years ago was owned by Dante. It was a well run business. He ended up selling it a person with zero experience in the salon business. She is rude, uneducated and crass. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe woman that I made the original appointment with…asked me if I could come in for a later appointment…SHE suggested 7pm. I agreed. The DAY OF the appointment, she calls me at 1:15pm, asking if I can come in at 1 or 2. I explain that it is 1:15 now. Her response? Oh, well , I am here now. I said I can’t come right this second as I have appointments till 5 pm today. Her response??
