Cal City Nails and the owner, Lindsey only want the money they do not care about their customers.. I go here faithfully every two weeks and spend 72.00 each time for pedicure and dip on my nails. Last week had them soak my nails off and redo them fresh. Lindsey did not put a tip on my nails, she dipped my own finger nails. This was on Saturday by Tuesday I called and said my nails were pulling away from the dip. I went in the next day and the husband just filed my own nails down so that there was nothing but dip on my finger tips. I called on Friday to say the nails were all breaking off and I went to the shop again on Saturday to have this issue resolved. The husband said dip does not hold to real nails, so why did they put it on my real nails. Bottom line they charged me 40.00 to fit their error.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityCut my shopping short to be there at opening to get early service and no one there to service customers. Opened at 10 at 10:25 no one there but person at desk. So disrespectful if this was a white service area they would never pull this. I googled black own nail shop near me and went there, they were open. In the meantime while editing 3 more people showed up and set to wait. What’s wrong with our people if this was a black own place they would be complaining g and posting negative comments. We need a new MLK to step up. Needless to say never going back there.
