I scheduled an appointment last night the next day 10:30 am with Michael the owner of the salon. He didn’t deny my request until 10:13am at which point I had already driven to the salon, mind you in horrible weather. The woman who greeted me when I enter in a very unapologetic way stated that I had to wait until he accepted my appointment. Horrible way to do business!!
