Erin was my stylist and she was pleasant to talk to, patient and accurate. She did an excellent job at trimming and shaping my hair without losing any length as I had requested. She asked a lot of questions to figure out exactly what I wanted before doing anything. Highly recommend this salon for my curly girls! 3C hair for reference.

My curly-haired best friend just came back from a haircut today with her hair absolutely dried and crunchy. The rude hairstylist she had for the appointment used Deva Curl, a damaging hair product for curly hair, along with hairspray to hold her natural curls. Leaving her appointment, she was extremely disappointed and frustrated from the inexperience of the stylist along with the unevenness of the ridiculously expensive $100 haircut. The least this salon should do is FULLY refund her for the haircut and apologize for not knowing how to professionally style, take care, and cut curly hair!!! I do not recommend this place if you have any type of wave or curl to your hair. If you agree with any of this or have experience at this joke of a salon, please don’t be shy to voice your experiences. There wasn’t an option for 0 stars so I had to put 1 star… which is even generous. So beyond disappointed!!!!

The stylists listen, and will discuss different ways to achieve what you want. They are friendly and provide their undivided attention, never rushed. And she makes it look easy (even though I can assure you it is not–based on the many awful haircuts and haircut disasters I have suffered through the years!!!)
