Love our swim spa. My wife and I took five years to decide which spa to purchase. She wanted a pool for swimming and I wanted spa for relaxation. We compromised on the swim spa and I was concerned about increase in electrical cost. After purchase the initial heat up was most cost and maintenance is not a huge expensive. We are both very happy with our purchase and use it daily.

I love my Cal Spas hot tub! The whole process from start to finish was impressive. I bought my tub from Caine at the LA Fair and was given the whole rundown on what to expect when it arrived. Delivery went smooth and my kids and I enjoy our Platinum tub a few times a week I think I bought the 93 jet spa and I think I’ll be upgrading within a year. Very happy with this investment!

This has been the worst experience. They have the worst customer service and your calls go straight to voicemail. My husband had to take 2 days off work for our spa to be delivered and not only did the NOT show up they didn’t even bother to call. Well the first time they called the day it was suppose to arrive, the second time they couldn’t be bothered. They lied with the excuses they gave as to why the spa wasn’t getting delivered which made them even more untrustworthy. Next time the delivery driver and scheduling department should get their stories straight. I do NOT recommend them at all.

do not work here do not buy here i worked here and it was crazy how they have these employees no ac in shops basically a shed break room outside no water dispenser no communication with management, jerry tends to the owner and gets employees to do unnecessary task to try and please him or scared to tell the owner about repairs that need to be done , poor pay bad work conditions these employees dont care about taking care of material or making sure theres any quality in the work. i worked hands on and take my word dont buy here and definatley apply some place else your welcome

Critical: QualityDo not under any circumstance purchase a hot tub from this company until they fix their production problems. Ours was delivered in August It has never NOT leaked. I have had repair service 4 times. The leak contually appears in a different place. Our last spa repair service said “it appears that tubes were not glued. ” The jets seem to put pressure. I am incredibly disappointed. I thought we had a final fix just before Christmas and tonight when we turned the jets on….a tube came unconnected. I crawled under the deck in 2 inches of water Don’t buy from Cal Spas until you know they have remedied this production problem.Do not under any circumstance purchase a hot tub from this company until they fix their production problems. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! They set me up as a dealer back in May of last year for the American Spas Line. We were sent all the necessary paperwork to setup the account including price lists, photos, specs on each spa, etc. We finally got all the spas added to our website and sold our first spa. We sent the order in, and I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE. I called and called and called, and finally some girl answered the phone after 1 week of calling and transferred me to someone named Bernie (Bernard). He told me he was on the Cal Spas side of the company, but he would be happy to help me with the American Spa I sold since it is from the same company. After 2 more weeks of going back and forth trying to get the spa made (he told me it would be done in 5 weeks), I was told the pacific blue color for the fiberglass coloring on the spa I ordered was out of stock and that he could use a slightly different blue but on the same spa I ordered…which my customer was totally fine with. He told me to re-send the order in and that they would get going on the spa and he would put a rush on it. It has now been 6 weeks, and he said he “dropped” the ball and it is his fault, and that they now can’t find ANY of my paperwork that I sent in when I set up the account, and that they now cant make the spa because they dont have any of it. WOW, Marabelle set up my account in May of 2019, I re-sent them all the corresponding emails between her and I and NOW THEY JUST WONT ANSWER THE PHONES, NONE OF THEM. They won’t return my emails, my phone calls, NOTHING! THESE PEOPLE HAVE A LOT TO LEARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE…I have a feeling this covid thing is going to put them out of business…do not buy anything from them!

I have been a spa service tech for over 15 years, and work on all brands of spas. In my professional opinion, Cal Spas is one of the best brands out there. They use the highest quality components such as Balboa controls, and don’t use proprietary parts which limit availability and drive up service costs big time (Hot Springs, Jacuzzi). Their spa shells are some of the thickest and best made I have seen, and the layouts are all very roomy and comfortable. Cal Spas has moved mountains to keep making quality spas in the middle of this pandemic, and I can’t give them enough credit for how well they have handled everything.
