Caitlin did a wonderful job with my beaded row extensions and highlights. I moved to the St. Louis area 7 months ago and had been having a hard time finding a stylist until I met Caitlin. She was very friendly and helped to restore my confidence through her beautiful work with my hair. I love how personal the experience is too in the salon lofts compared to a large, open salon.

2022 Edit: I’ve been seeing Caitlin since I moved to Saint Louis and every visit is great. We’ve dyed my hair platinum blonde, then transitioned it back to it’s normal blonde. I’ve had multiple different cuts and styles. Every time I go she listens to my ideas, and offers her suggestions (which I basically always take – she’s the expert) and I’ve never been lead astray. So grateful I found her!

This girl should not be able to touch her head. The girl I go to now had to refer someone to her once, and that girl came back with the exact same problems that I had with her. Bleeding scalp, bald patches, and extensions that fell out about a week after I got them done. She also talks nonstop about really inappropriate personal matters. When I was there she was almost sobbing about her boyfriend the whole time. It was very awkward, a very very long four hours, and after all that time they still fell right out because this girl is inept. She charged me $400. Wouldn’t give me my money back despite a bleeding head. Horrible.
