It’s been a while since I’ve been to Caitlin, but she helped me through the first real physical challenge (back pain) I had in life. My back pain became so bad at points that I was hardly able to stand up or walk at times. I had to get several steroid shots over a few years just to be able to “reset” the tight muscles so I could walk halfway normally again. Her skill, particularly with the cupping technique, really helped loosen the muscles, knots, and other tissues in my back, over time, until I healed. I haven’t had any substantial issues for several years after 3-4 months of working with her and a few other professionals, and I can attribute much of the specific improvements to her work.
