Nobody wears a mask, last time i went their my nails looked like Ive already had them for weeks because of how poor of a job they had done, and got them redone just to have my gel nails already chip after a week, and after finding a big chunk that chipped off realized that my nails were still wet under the top layer and it got all over. Some people are nice but not very good or don’t put in much effort into your nails. Only reason I put one star was because of the new receptionist, don’t recommend at all.

The photo says it all… Super excited to get my nails done for an event tonight. Paid $30 for a manicure, yet did not receive any cuticles care. The woman working on my nails seemed rushed even though i had an appointment scheduled in advance. After she finished with me she began to work on two women that appeared to be her close friends.

My friend and I agree that we will be coming here moving forward for our girl pedi days! Very clean, friendly and relaxing. We love that they had different pedicure packages to choose from! One of my favorite things to see in salons are the prepackaged sanitized tools!!! The double mimosa was also lovely 😉 we got the gel polish as well! I am in love with this place. (side note: we are coming from Albany. Haven’t found anything like this up there)

Long story short. I went in there a couple days ago and got a fill and gel. They chipped within ten hours. I called back and they offered to fix them. And within the next day the gel on my thumb nail is peeling off. I won’t be giving this place my business again. Just seem to want you out asap.

Don’t bother going here if you’re not going to get anything fancy done to your nails or if you’re not coming in a group because they will rush your manicurist (or just straight up CHANGE them on you). Didn’t finish my massage, didn’t treat my cuticles, and didn’t finish the actual polish, just moved me to a different chair (AFTER I paid!!!) and didn’t tell me that my nails weren’t even done, which led to two them getting messy. When I asked for a touch up , they brought over a different manicurist to finish my manicure who left my nails lumpy and wet, whilst MY manicurist went to help the group of impatient WHITE women who had been rushing her because their friend wanted my seat.

I usually have a good pedicure experience at this business. I decided on a whim to get my eyebrows waxed but won’t be doing that again. Kendra did my pedicure and did a fantastic job! She really took her time with me and made sure to provide excellent service. Another lady told her “hurry up, hurry up” so that she could move on to someone else. Kendra said that she would not speed up one client for another. I really appreciated that!

When I called I specifically asked for someone who is good at dip and shape. My nails were crooked and lumpy. I asked for Mimi to fix them multiple times, at the end she got up walked away, didn’t say anything about being done. I asked front desk to have someone reshape my nails, she went back, asked Mimi, and she sent her with a file and told me to do it. If I didn’t like how I did it then to make an appointment to have them fixed. Horrible way to do business. I went out to Thurston same day and had someone else fix them for another $25 but she was so helpful.

Horrible customer service!! I called and scheduled an appointment for a specific person (one who’s already done my nails several times before hand) for about a week out. I showed up to the salon and got told the person that took down my appointment didn’t put it with the correct person And I have no choice but to sit with someone who in the past has already messed up nails or come back hours later. No one cared how long ago I made this appointment or about my comforts. Basically I just had to deal with it.
