I’ve actually been here quite a few times and never had a problem and it was great but I came with my sister and this time I guess the tools were not sanitized properly and I got a fungal infection on my toe once I noticed I went to the Dr to get it checked out since this has never happened to me before and a piece of my nail fell off when it was being examined. Every experience before this was good but after this I will no longer be going back. I called to get the techs name but the manager was really rude and said whatever happened is my fault. I definitely don’t recommend going there

I have been to a few nail salons since moving to Dallas, and I haven’t been as impressed as this one. It hurt the least and the job was really neat. I forgot the name of the tech that did my nails, but i know him by face. I love the work he did ! I will be coming back regularly now.

Critical: Quality, ValueThey were nice but the quality was definitely not what I was expecting, especially for $85.I paid extra for my cuticles to be taken care of but somehow they came out dryer and worst then before. There is gel and acrylic all over my skin and the polish looks bad and patchy it looks thick also. So I’m a person that tries to give salons the benefit of the doubt when i don’t receive the best service but I’ve just about had it with the place. I want to start by sayin that the staff is very nice and the establishment is decently clean but that’s where the compliments stop. I’ve been here on five separate occasions and the work just never looks like a professional did it. I’m writing this review today because i went and got a gel manicure Saturday and it’s already chipping… not to mention because they were semi busy the guy that runs the front had my tech rush the end. I’ve experienced crooked nails and been told your finger slants…:/ badly cut pedicures and just awful application of acrylic nails. If you choose to go to this place i would recommend getting the basic and hoping your gel polish doesn’t flake off in three days

The first picture is how I left this nail salon . My nails were so thick and bulky . Weren’t even filed to my preference . Claiming the shape I asked for is supposed to look like that . I was not satisfied at all so I went to a different nail tech and got them fixed as my preference the second picture shows what this nail salon should of done in the first place . I was charged $80 dollars for those nails .. Would never go back and definitely not recommend …

My initial visit was so good, however my recent visits I find the housekeeping to be slipping. . I went with a friend and we both got pedicures. I went to the bathroom and the bathroom was not cleaned later my friend went to the bathroom with the slides they give you, when she pulled them off they were black on the bottom from the dirty floor.

I spontaneously treated myself to a mani and ombre dip powder…. they are prefect and thebmani felt just wonderful. I will most definitely come back…their prices are not horrible

This has to be by far the worse pedicure I have received in my 29 years of life!!! First off the lady seem like she was falling asleep even her coworker told her that & she was being sloppy! I got gel & she put the led on my nail making it smear and thought it was okay to leave it like that. Of course I told her to fix it and she did but if I had not said anything she would had left it. Did I mention she also filed my skin twice and I let her know I was hurt and she replied “nooo” she could’ve said sorry but just kept going. Never coming back! My feet are still crusty and I have gel all over my cuticle!
