He was very friendly and amazing at explaining what he was doing and how to take care of them after. The room was very clean and sanitized. Shawn was very good with changing his gloves and keeping everything sterilized. He marked our ears amazingly and pierced them with ease. Everything was very profesional, quick, and easy. Our piercings are straight and look wonderful.
