I had an amazing first experience receiving baby preventative Botox on my forehead and a spontaneous lip flip with Joanne and Anne, the aesthetic intern. Joanne was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit from preparing my face and using distracting techniques (spa music playing and tapping my hand) to make me feel more relaxed during the injections. Anne did an exceptional job on providing necessary education and was gentle when injecting my face. They answered any concerns I had and boosted my confidence during my visit. I saw Jenna for my first Botox treatment ever and then was transferred to Joanne when Jenna moved. Joanne is very efficient and knowledgeable! She does not push anything more than simple solutions but also is extremely knowledgeable about making future plans customized for clients. I have had no marks swelling or bruising when I leave it looks like I never even got injections which is important to me. Highly recommend her!
