I had the injector, Jenna, back in September here. She was extremely unprofessional talking about her depression and taking Prozac. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I used to get injected by Dr. Parker and loved her and loved Dina (aesthetician) but this new injector messed up my lips and also my Botox. I called back right away about the lips and was able to be seen in the other location – with Joanna – to get my lips fixed (and did a great job) but they never fixed or called me back about my Botox that never took. After multiple calls about my Botox, the manager or whoever I talked to let me know that they couldn’t fix my problem or correct my Botox unless I paid more. They said I needed more units however I came in and expected them to tell me this the first time and tell me what I needed. I would either just like my money back because the product originally didn’t take or to have a call back with compassion and care for a re-do regarding Botox because this was never addressed on even my follow up appointment with my injector named Joanna at the Northbrook location. She said she can fix my lips but because it had been two months she couldn’t fix my Botox however me and my husband have been calling for two months to try and get this problem resolved and it was never addressed. I’m just disappointed because this is suppose to be a great spa that cares about their clients and I feel they didn’t address all my problems after I spent over $1100 here.
