First time here, she was very nice and made me feel at ease and it was way less painful than I’ve had in the past at other waxing places. Would definitely come back only comment is some places I have been to have you hold your “inside” parts open to wax and that did not happen here so it left some to be shaved but I am guessing that just depends on where you go. Overall, good experience.

this was my first time in and i got my brows wax/tinted. the place was clean and the desk lady was very friendly. however, the lady who did my eyebrows went really quick. there was no discussion on how i wanted the shape or what not. i wasn’t pleased. for the amount i spent, i was hoping for a better experience.

Cactus Wax is lovely inside – fun colorful decor and spotlessly clean. Both technicians that I had (for eyelash extensions and lash/brow tints) : Veronica and Kimberly were professional, meticulous and flawless.I’d especially recommend Kimberly for the extensions and she was thorough in explaining the aftercare too. Definitely worth pampering yourself there !

Had my 1st wax since the beginning of the pandemic, over a year and a half and it was definitely due. Great service! Was the least amount of pain and i was expecting it to hurt due to how long it has been. Veronica was amazingly professional, sweet and easy to talk with! She had the perfect touch.
