I must say the girl was really nice until I called the following day. So basically I got the balayage and it was terrible I show her a pic of what I wanted as well. I had balayage before and had color in my hair before and this is what the person doing my hair is holding on too. That “I had color in before” but that has never been an issue before.she’s basically blaming the orange color on the color I had before. After she was done it was fine until I went home and saw it .Some parts were extra bright and this wasn’t even the color I wanted which isn’t the issues. The issue was it looks like highlights which is why I was upset and lots of different colors as well. I called and she explained that she told me I had color in before which I didn’t say anything because like I said it was never an issue before. I ended up going to a different place to get it toned because at this point I don’t trust her. The lady at the second salon said this is really bad and she’s also asked how long ago I had this done. When I mentioned it was only a few days old she was lost for words. Also this was the location in Huntington and it was a Groupon. So basically I got the balayage and it was terrible I show her a pic of what I wanted as well.
