I went Saturday to the Huntington location. I got my hair done with Jill I found her on instagram. I went to her to get a patial balayage I had a year without doing color to my hair. My hair was in good conditions. I wanted a change for this summer. I am beyond disappointed I can’t believe she did this to my hair. She damaged my hair I have little chunks of hair all over my hair. I paid $200 dollar for the work I didn’t realize what she has done to my hair so I was very happy and excited to show my family and friends. Today my sister in law was checking out my hair and she was shocked when she saw my hair she took pictures to show the damage that Jill did to my hair.

After reading all the negative reviews not knowing what to expect, I went in for color and blowout!! I can’t speak highly enough of Jen, she was very knowledgeable true definition of perfection . I will be returning for the same service with Jen. I walked away very happy. I must be honest salon is out dated needs some updating and serious cleaning!!!

I purchased a balayage with blowout on Groupon for a great price so wasn’t sure what to expect. I dont usually write reviews but I had the best experience here!! Jessica was my hairdresser… I went in there not sure what to do with my hair and took the risk and trusted her with whatever she wanted to do… and she transformed my brassy hair into a perfect balayage. The tone and cut was exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for and I barely had to give her any instructions. She’s a natural! Along with having a great hair outcome, the service was amazing. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I could’ve stayed all night talking to Jessica. Thank you so much!!

I recently got my hair cut and colored by Heather, very unprofessional. She messed up my hair so badly, color was not as expected it was unevenly colored and cut. She pretended she knew what she was doing. I wouldn’t recommend her for anything. I paid $200 for cut and color with a generous tip. I wish I hadn’t been there. She also burnt my neck and ears with hair lightening bleach, another lady who washes hair was so kind enough to come clean it for me after I complained. All in all not a good experience

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJULIE SAVED MY HAIR!!!!! I’d gone to a different salon this morning and gotten a terrible haircut. My husband’s barber was able to fix it somewhat, but it needed shaping. Julie gave me a cut that’s so cute and flattering. I feel so much better and will be confident to show off my hair at work tomorrow. I was taking a gamble by calling a salon I’d never been to, but I’m SO glad I did. The staff is so friendly, I was seen right on time, the place is beautiful and clean, and it’s obvious the stylists KNOW what they’re doing. I’m definitely coming back!JULIE SAVED MY HAIR!!!!! JULIE SAVED MY HAIR!!!!! I’d gone to a different salon this morning and gotten a terrible haircut. My husband’s barber was able to fix it somewhat, but it needed shaping. Julie gave me a cut that’s so cute and flattering. I feel so much better and will be confident to show off my hair at work tomorrow. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAngry and embarrassed: that’s how I feel after getting my hair done here, paying $120, and giving a generous tip. If I had known what the back of my hair looked like, I wouldn’t have done that. I wish I never did this. I had a bob growing out (a lob, I guess), and asked for a trim plus a little movement. She (Marianna) trimmed it quickly and said it was good (as they always say), but I asked if the layering could just be trimmed a little more because my hair wasn’t doing anything. I got a bad vibe and regretted my request, as she very quickly went back in with the scissors and wrapped up the job abruptly. As for the color: it’s darker than I thought we discussed, and patchy. some looks almost black and some looks medium brown. Great! When I got home, I was getting ready to go out somewhere, and looked at the back of my hair and was mortified. Chopped! One blunt layer around the top (and shorter than it needed to be), and then unblended to the longer parts. it’s like I have two haircuts.
