I wish that hairdressers would admit when they don’t understand the instructions. After giving both verbal instructions and a photograph (literally of me, having the haircut I wanted to get again), I somehow left with an unsymmetrical cut somewhere between a mullet and a bob. I cannot even describe how embarrassing this haircut is, I have never experienced anything like it in my life. I wish I could blame the person for being distracted, but it seems that she lacks the ability to follow instructions, or care what a person looks like when they leave her chair.

Great customer service from Carly who scheduled me last minute and a great hair cut and blow out from Helena, who has many years of experience and it shows! She was very friendly and attentive. Got a good deal through Groupon; probably the best deal you can get especially for getting a blow out for thick curly hair. Will be back again.

Took my 7yr old daughter here to get a wash cut and blow dry. They were very friendly . Cute salon . They also gave me a deal from groupon which was awesome. While my daughter was getting her hair done i had my eyebrows done by the women there that only works on brows she does not cut or do hair. She did a very nice job i really liked how they came out. Also they gave my daughter a very nice hair cut as well. We walked out satisfied.

Helena is notttt who you want to see if you are expecting the results you ask for. I wanted to fix up my uneven cut and keep the length and I left with 4 inches being cut off. Absolutely the worst haircut I’ve had. My hair looked better before I sat in the chair. Unacceptable.

After Don cut it my hair it was worst than it was after he cut it . when I asked why he cut my hair the way he did and why it was even more uneven in different spots he said he did do it .well who did it .he a lier on top of it.went today to another solon to get my hair fixed.the place is dirty employees have bad adituds and is ounproficinal beware!

Got eyelashes done on Friday. Still picking clumps of glue out of them. Irritated my eyes. Supposed to last one to two weeks. Started falling out within 24 hours. Most of my bottom lashes were pulled out by the tape used. My eyes are killing me.
