Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had been going here for over two years every two weeks for my nails and loved the people and the quality, so much so I recommend my sister-in-law to come. She had a lot of issues with appointments being canceled or rescheduled last minute. Within the last 6 months I had to stop coming due to health issues I was so excited to come back, when my appointment was canceled last minute and I asked to reschedule with no response. I had been going here for over two years every two weeks for my nails and loved the people and the quality, so much so I recommend my sister-in-law to come. She had a lot of issues with appointments being canceled or rescheduled last minute. Within the last 6 months I had to stop coming due to health issues I was so excited to come back, when my appointment was canceled last minute and I asked to reschedule with no response. Critical: ProfessionalismI recently started to go to this salon. I don’t trust many people with my hair but I needed change. The first two times I received a trim Loretta was great. This last time I asked for a trim and bangs. I’m disappointed with my trim this time around because my hair is uneven. The right side looks shorter than the left side. I did not notice till someone close to me mentioned it. I called as soon as they were open that Monday. I was told that Loretta would give me a call because she was off. I have yet to hear from her, my hair is still uneven. I have not called to check in. I would think if someone called to express how dissatisfied they were with something you did. I would make that my ultimate priority to see what the problem, was and would have made it right. I should not have to call a second time to get someone to fix my hair. I recently started to go to this salon. I don’t trust many people with my hair but I needed change. The first two times I received a trim Loretta was great. This last time I asked for a trim and bangs. I’m disappointed with my trim this time around because my hair is uneven. The right side looks shorter than the left side.
