I had such high hopes for this place, but left totally bummed. Everyone was super nice, that’s why I give 2 stars instead of 1. I got a balayage for the first time and it was awful. There were spots, banding, brassiness, no blending, the application was just awful. They also didn’t put a towel under the smock and got dye and bleach all over my skin and shirt. I did go back to get it fixed and Katie did a great job. However, I wasn’t reimbursed for the shirt that was ruined and had to pay for the products that were used fixing the dye job that they messed up in the first place. Ended up spending about $400 for a haircut and balayage! Also spent 10 hours there during these 2 visits! I think everyone there is super friendly, but unfortunately, I need more than just friendliness in a hair salon.

I have never had a perm and tried to find a well-vetted salon for perms. I made an appointment here and after my initial consultation with 2 wonderfully professional individuals, Sophia went above and beyond for me! I don’t have the most difficult hair but I have a LOT and Sophia diligently trimmed and wrapped my hair for hours, all the while making sure I was comfortable and even entertained. She makes great conversation. She also helped me gain amazing texture and gorgeous ringlets! My hair was flat and blah before, and now I feel like a new woman.

This salon has such a nice atmosphere about it. I loved it! But when I got home after, my hair was so chopped and lopsided! What salon would allow a client to walk out with a horrible haircut like that?! Going for a fix up because they don’t do refunds, but never again. The picture attached is my hair after them. This is Mary Jane-Art’s wife. Angelica did an excellent job cutting my hair. She listened to my request and concerns and then gave me her professional opinion. She was spot on! I can honestly say that I have NEVER had such a great cut/style. I am so happy I found this salon! The products she carries in her salon are the best. In fact my husband tried mine and I had to get him his own! I highly recommend Cactus Blossom Beauty Salon. Everyone there is professional, kind and they all have a great sense of humor.

I love this place so much! Tanay is awesome, I told her I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to do with my hair, I just wasn’t feeling very confident. She replied with what she thought would look good and we went with it. I’m in love!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair. Then she recommended Carolina, one of the new eyelash techs, she is amazing as well! I never saw myself getting lashes, but after trying them out for the first time, I’m a huge fan. These girls have boosted my confidence so much, I will continue to keep coming here

The stylist I worked with was very welcoming, energetic and engaged in great conversation. She was very knowledgeable about hair coloring and was able to guide me towards a results that turned out fabulous!! I am so grateful for the service a received.
