I’ve debated posting this review for about a month. I went in wanting a simple cut to my shoulders , I had multiple inspo pics and was clear about what I wanted. I’ve had the cut before, so I totally knew what to expect. I was devastated when it quickly turned into the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life, I’m not one to be confrontational and honestly if they had handled this situation remotely well I wouldn’t be posting this. They blamed the bad haircut on just about anything except taking responsibility for their mistake, from the different colors to my hair to the damage in my hair, instead of just saying “I’m sorry, I messed up.” They gave me layers that are still barely touching the top of my ears almost a month later, and never even offered me a discount to my service. The only thing they did was give me some color depositing shampoo to take home and apply myself (again, putting the blame on my hair color not their bad cutting). I literally cried in their chair, and was never even apologized to. Bad haircuts happen, but this was truly terrible service.
