This review is way over due , Erica is truly such a talented Artist. I hired her a couple years ago to do my makeup and Hair for a wedding. Last year I celebrated my 10 year wedding anniversary she glammed up my self and bridal party, she’s super professional friendly and knowledgeable. I just booked again last Saturday to glam me and my mother and aunts for a cousins wedding. The Beaute Lab is such a beautiful shop, great location lots of parking. I definitely recommend Erica for any occasion, you can come to her amazing shop or she will travel to you how convenient is that! Thank you Erica !!

After coming across several of their ads on Instagram, I decided to get my lashes done at this salon today. My first impression was, wow… this place is updated and clean. Erica and her sister greeted me with smiles at the front desk, and offered me some water while I waited for Mars to arrive. I didn’t have anyone to watch my 3 month old infant, so she had to tag along with me. She started to get really fussy and I told Mars that she (baby) usually stops crying when she hears the song Sunflower by Post Malone. Mars gladly put the song on repeat for my baby. Erica came into the room to check on us and offered some assistance, and was able to feed and put my daughter to sleep while Mars finished applying the lashes. My lashes are absolutely beautiful, but what really impresses me is this team’s customer service. I’m definitely going to this salon from now on, exclusively. Thank you, ladies! You guys are dolls!

I came in last Saturday for baby lights with Niki. Prior to my appointment I had a consultation where I told her what look I was going for. I showered her pictures and examples of what I wanted. The day of the appointment we went over the pictures again. I let her know I had an important event the following week. She said we will do a full head of baby lights and a bleach bath to lighten up the dark toner in my hair. I told her I wanted a maintainable blonde so I wouldn’t have to constantly tone it. Niki does the last step which is the toner but before she dried it I could already tell it looked more of a yellow brownish color than what I showed her I wanted. She starts to blow dry my hair and I told her I wasn’t sure I liked the color. She said let me just dry the front so you can see what it looks like. She drys the front of my hair and I told her maybe we should do a different toner. She said let me ask Erica. Erica comes up and says this is a great color. So I guess my opinion didn’t matter what so ever. She drys all of my hair and she asked me if I wanted her to curl it. I said sure. She curls my hair and I was so upset because I knew I should of had her do a different toner before drying all my hair. I paid at the front with Kelly. I showered her my 10% percent off coupon. She discount $2 dollars from the total price. I texted Niki the day after and told her I wanted to do a different toner because this one looked yellow. She said she would have Kelly call me to schedule. I called to schedule and they put my down for a Tuesday with a different stylist. Then they call me back and say they have to schedule me on Wednesday with Niki because if not they would have to pay the other stylist. On Wednesday Niki uses an ashy toner in my hair. Another fail because my hair looked green. All Niki said was “it will wash out.” She dries one part of my hair and I left there disappointed yet again. Since she left my hair wet, I dried my hair when I got home. But since it looked so green I had to wash it 5 times back to back to try and get the toner out. I called the next day mad because I had an important event to attend on Saturday and my hair was green and ashy. Kelly the receptionist answered and she was so rude. She has no reason to be rude when she is not the one walking around with green hair. As an office manager, I know that when something is wrong we always make an effort to correct it. Even when we take a loss. Because I’d rather keep a client happy. Because one happy client can lead to future referrals.

The girls at Beauté Lab are amazing. Everyone is super friendly and the salon is very clean and modern. I’ve been going to Sydney for my blonde for a couple months now and I’m so happy every time I leave. I have really dark hair so I appreciate her taking time to achieve my blonde while keeping my hair healthy. I can’t wait for my next session!

It is the rest of the message to their stylists that has me livid. Totally unacceptable not to mention illegal to sneak customers in the back door while we are back under quarantine. I especially love the bit about continuing to pay their employees under the table so they can claim unemployment. Totally shameful, illegal and negligent. I reached out about this message and my disappointment and they responded that they aren’t taking new clients?! What she failed to understand is this is not about new clients posing more of a COVID risk but the SHADY business practices. Will be calling the health department as well.0/5 stars. A positive videos for everyday watch
Okay so first and foremost Beaut’e Lab basically brings Hollywood to Santa Clarita if you haven’t been here then you’re simply missing out on grade A service, great woman and a loving, supporting, fun environment. I highly recommend, also its right next to a juice/fruit candy place that’s also bomb.
