I really like the haircuts here, but twice now the lady messes up my hair. I asked for a taper, I got a fade. I asked for the top to be cut, and it’s cut like a bowl cut. It wasnt super bad, but it wasnt what I wanted nor was it my style. I suggest asking for one of the other barbers to cut your hair rather than her.

I don’t agree they have great customer service. I was basically turned away as I arrived first thing in the morning. They say it’s first come first serve and no appointments, but they clearly had people they prioritize in the morning. I get it, they taking care of their loyal customers. Just won’t be getting my loyalty.
