It was my first time here today and my nail tech was Andy. Previously, I had ombre nails done (dip powder) elsewhere and I wanted the same thing today. He said he could do it, so I went in his chair. He was very nice and kept a conversation going, but it was very clear to me that he doesn’t have much experience with ombre nails with dip powder. I’m usually out of the nail salon in 1 hour, but it took him 2 hours to do my nails. My nails turned out clumpy, ridiculously thick, there’s a lot of spots missing color, and there are some spots that look unevenly filed. I’m definitely not happy and I’ll be making an appointment with another nail salon for tomorrow to fix this mess.

All of my nails (and my sisters) are cracked on the surface after getting the dip powder. My sister and I went here a few days ago and they look dull in many spots and they started cracking the same day we got our nails done. I spent 40 on each and tipped her $20. We also got passed around to three different people. Very disappointed. I wish I could get a refund.
