Went with a friend, we scheduled appts, I was just in for my brows, they were late getting to us, the brow tech was very unfriendly, the wax room was untidy and dirty. Jo prep before just putting warmer than needed wax on my skin. Very unpleased. Will not be back.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I’m so happy with my experience! My friend and I were running about 15 minutes late, but we made sure to call and let them know. They were still able to get us in right away and I didn’t feel rushed at all! Alice did my gel pedicure and my acrylic nails and she was so nice! I’m really indecisive about everything, so I let her decide where to put the design and what kind of design to do. She did such a nice job and my nails look amazing!

The girl who did my nails paid no attention to what i asked for. i asked for milky white and she told me they were out so i asked for them to be natural looking. i also asked for almond shaped nails. i ended up with pink square tip nails. she also cut me multiple times while drilling my nails. i will not ever return there again! This was my first time visiting this nail salon as I was referred by a co worker. First I stopped by around 7pm which is what time the business is supposed to close. I was so prepared to just make an appointment for another day and they gladly said no we can do your nails now! Alice did a pink and white ombre nail design on my nails and it turned out beautiful! I was so happy to have such a nice experience and will Definitely be coming back again and will refer my friends and family here as well! Alice was very pleasant and the prices were very fair and comparable to other nail salons, only this place does great work!!!!! Called this morning and book an apt for a mani n pedi. They said sure come in. During my apt a 2 women walked in asking for a⁷n apt. They said yes 45mins. Didnt think much of it. I thought after I got my pedi done, like most places they just have you wait till the next technician. We’ll not this salon. Apparently a walk in trumps that! Alice said can you come back for nails? I was shocked. So I said don’t worry bout it, I’ll find another salon to give my dedication too and money for now on! I paid the technician and left. I have been going here for 2 yrs straight and never have I ever been treated like that. They lost my service and loyalty!!!spreading the word too!!!

Extremely disappointed. Was so looking forward to the massage chair and having some knots worked out of my feet and legs. I couldn’t use the chair as it sounded like a dentist drill. I choose 3 polish colors and wound up getting the fourth color that they pulled off the shelf because they didn’t have the 3 I chose. No leg and foot massage and the basic price was $10 higher than I normally pay. Just disappointed. ☹️ Staff was friendly.

Critical: QualityWent in for a mani and pedi.The only thing i got for the pedi was alittle lotionNo pumice was used and barely had my feet soaked. And then the manicure what a joke! You can tell they were in a hurry. I work outside, so my hands aren’t pretty to begin with, they didn’t trim any loose cuticles or hang nails. They look worse now, not to mention my French nails are crooked.
