It’s not like it used to be. In my opinion, everything is rushed, especially, the pedicure and/or manicure. They don’t give your feet and hands enough time to soak before they start working on them. It seems to me that getting pampered in this instance, is no longer the case. It’s just about getting it over with as fast as possible and on to the next one! Unfortunately, this is a small town with little choices.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been coming to this salon for over 15+ years on and off. The last few times I have been, the person that did my nails was very rude, beyond rude. I asked for manager/owner and no one would give me the information. I called later to ask again for owner and they would not give me information. As much money as I/we spend on nails and pedicures, it should be enjoyable and pampering, that never happens!! The pedicures at CA nails are horrible, went out of town and got the best pedicure and much cheaper. I have been coming to this salon for over 15+ years on and off. The last few times I have been, the person that did my nails was very rude, beyond rude. I asked for manager/owner and no one would give me the information. I called later to ask again for owner and they would not give me information. As much money as I/we spend on nails and pedicures, it should be enjoyable and pampering, that never happens!! The pedicures at CA nails are horrible, went out of town and got the best pedicure and much cheaper. I would still like to speak to owner, that is, if he cares about his business he will contact me.

I went here for 3 years and stopped. Came back and it was not great. I wanted sharp pointy nails and the guy kept complaining about the shape. Asked for a color. Didn’t have it. Asked for a different one. Didn’t have it. So the guy chose one for me. Overall. The process hurt and they’re not great quality. I’ll have to go somewhere else to get them fixed.

Terrible! Terrible nightmare. I went for mani-pedi, well I was sitting and they were just starting my pedicure and out of nowhere this rude older woman come and very roughly grabbed my hand and started manicure right then as I was getting pedicure. Not relaxing at all. An hour after I left I look at my nails and they were horrible! Bumps through every single nail. If I could give zero I would.. I took my 7 year old there, where on the phone I was told they could do her team color “red” softballs one on each hand any finger and her #23 on each hand on any finger and they assured me that they could do it, no problem at all, only if she wanted it to last more than a couple days I needed to pay triple the amount for gel polish.. saying it would last 2 weeks maybe more.. 1st off we waited 2 hours after driving a hour to get there where on the phone they asked when and I asked if they could[ do it at 1:30 because it was early morning and was told yes.. I did not leave the salon until 530 and I’ll say it like this her nails were painted in cheap dollar tree polish an orange red color, with 23 on one finger that looked like I did it instead of a professional then the which looks like this which the sweet customer next to my kid showed the man a pic of and yet he still took black polish and put three lines across each ring finger that I have no idea what was even going through his mind and charged me for gel nails, she did not even get the gel like nail polish and charged me more than the nice lady beside us for her real gel polish job with a different gem on each finger, who I saw later who was the one who told me how bad I got screwed and I really knew the next morning when my daughter washed her hair and the nail polish washed off with soap and water.. needless to say she was hysterical at 7 years old she’s a good kid who’s never been privileged enough to have her nails done and tbh that was all the money I had but I thought she deserved it for straight As on her report card and good behavior all year.. this is the only bad review I’ve ever put up without anything nice to say and I review everything so other people can hopefully have the same good experience I had or learn from my bad.. take your kids or yourself somewhere else unless you like wasting money.. and I also called and was hung up in the next day as soon as I asked why it came off within 12 hours in warm water.. I’m just disgusted with the whole thing, I wouldn’t have put anything if it had been my nails but my little girl did not deserve this and neither do any others

The service was nice but I got a coffin full set and the nails were chunky and thick and the shape was uneven and very boxey. Will need to go somewhere else to fix these nails. With not a lot of options around here I would stick with simple designs or just normal nail polish when coming here. Nothing too elaborate can be accomplished. And the next day MY ACRYLICS WERE PEELING OFF, and my toes were cracking. All I did was go home and go to sleep. Unacceptable.

The guy was nice but slow..asked to do design on 2 nails..he said ok..after putting initial color he says you’re done..im like where the design? He forgot and put some white slashes on..the cost was ridiculous..way more than even the price listing on wall..will never go back.. the best place to go is top nails with Peter and Rose (they weren’t open that day so instead of waiting i came here) bad choice..really bad choice

Horrible experience! The older man in there has completely messed my nails up. Instead of soaking off the previous product on my nails he filed it off. Now my nails are paper thin. The completed nail job looks like a 10 year old did it. I got a horrible hang nail from this visit, or so I thought that was what it was. I turned out to be the side of my actual nail! After keeping a bandage on it until I could get back he wanted to saw on my finger some more!!! NO! Be warned!! If you want a good nail job do not let him touch your hands!!
