Celluma Light Therapy
Celluma treatments last 30 minutes and treat the body at a cellular level by enhancing cellular metabolism, which in turn increases cellular repair and production. Just sit back in one of our comfortable recliners and relax while NormaTec®’s patented compression massage improves your circulation and assists in your recovery. A typical treatment lasts between fifteen and thirty minutes but can be extended if necessary. The NormaTec® Pulse system consists of a control module and attachments designed to go over the legs, arms or hips. It utilizes a patented pulse massage pattern of compression to mimic the body’s normal physiology. The compressed air massage pattern will increase circulation and speed up recovery in your arms, legs or hips. The user experience is painless and non-invasive. Once the treatment begins, the attachment (arms, legs or hips) will inflate and mold around your body’s shape. Targeted Cryotherapy
Our targeted Cryotherapy treatments are used as a means to reduce inflammation, swelling and pain in very specific areas. Whole Body Cryotherapy initiates an internal systemic anti-inflammatory response whereas local cryotherapy is comparable to using an ice pack. However, it is much more effective and efficient.Our customers will frequently combine this treatment with Whole Body Cryotherapy in order to treat inflammation bi-directionally. Our state-of-the-art cryotherapy devices can reach temperatures as low as -240°F. A targeted/localized treatment of only takes between 5-10 minutes depending on the size of the treated area. In addition, it is ore much effective than just applying ice to area.
Whole Body Cryotherapy
Whole Body Cryotherapy is a non-invasive, hyper-cooling process that lowers a person’s skin temperature to approximately 30 F during a session of up to three minutes. While inside the Cryosauna, the body is exposed to temperatures of between -170°F and -270°F. The Cryotherapy treatment triggers a release of endorphins that induces analgesia (immediate pain relief).When the body is subjected to extreme cold; the constriction of blood vessels pulls the body’s blood away from the extremities and into the core of the body to protect the body’s thoracic cavity. This process releases a reserve of enzymes and nutrients including power-pumping oxygen into the blood. Upon exiting the Cryosauna, blood vessels dilate to 4x their normal size to allow maximum blood flow back to the extremities, sending the nutrient and oxygen rich blood with it.

Holly is absolutely amazing! After a long week with a Crohns flare, I was severely dehydrated and reached out to avoid a trip to urgent care. On her day off, Holly met me at the office to administer an IV and made me so comfortable the entire time. She was warm and welcoming, and after listening to my concerns she knew just what I needed. Holly is AMAZING!! This was my 3rd time getting botox (both at different places) and I was hesitant because the first 2 times did not work very well. She recommended xeomin and I felt tightening within a day! It has now been the full 2 weeks and the difference in my frown line is night and day! She listens to what you are trying to achieve and gives her medical opinion-and she is always right! I have had injectables and a cryo facial and it was amazing! I love the team at C3 as they are friendly and really care. If you are going anywhere else for wellness or aesthetic services you are missing out on the best!
